Forever 21 is coming to town....August next year

I read wgsn about this news this morning. and it really shocks me about the figure.
Quoted from wgns:
Forever 21 will pay HK$11m ($1.4m) per month to lease a six-storey retail arcade in Hong Kong's Causeway Bay, marking the territory's biggest retail leasing deal for two years.

Forever 21 has leased the 51,188 sq ft space in the Capitol Centre, adjacent to Jardine's Bazaar, CB Richard Ellis, which represents the landlord, told scmp.com. Current tenants include fashion retailer Giordano and drugstore Watson's.
The US retailer will need to generate sales of at least HK$60m per month to cover the and still make a reasonable profit, according to Helen Mak Hoi-lun, director of retail services at property consultant Colliers International.
That means Forever 21 will have to sell four to five clothing items every minute over a 24-hour period – or 6,667 items per day - at an average price of HK$300.
Can you believe the figures? I wonder the no. of styles and pieces in the shop can fulfill the target sale.
amazing. let's see.
