Graffiti is everywhere in this area.
There are lots of questions in my mind about art, culture and the city.
It seems like it is always free to paint on streets in European countries. But is it about freedom or indifference of the public? Obviously there were some nice artwork but also some bad ones. How can we define?
Graffiti is illegal in Hong Kong. No matter how nice the artwork, it will be wiped off soon or later in public area.
If the German Government wiped off every single graffiti on the street, what Berlin will be?
Do we only need a clean and civilized city or we need one which is full of culture and humanity?
