BERLIN DAY 2- PART 3

I am still writing Berlin day 2!!!
Indeed I will take a very long time to finish my travelogue. And I feel like my memory for this trip is fading....OMG!

I have been standing @Checkpoint Charlie for awhile to wait for the best moment to shoot the soldiers.
Here you go not the best shot.

There were so many tourists passing by and it was so difficult to get the best shoot. I gave up finally.
I love the bike pass by but the whole family blocked my sight.

There were some nice graffiti art around this area.

It took just 5 minutes then I reached the famous shopping area - Friedrichstraße. I met Mini on the way to my next destination.

My target destination is Quartier 206 Department store. It is similar to Lane Crawford but the scale is much smaller.

I didnt have any big surprise of the merchandise in Quartier 206 so I walked around quickly .
Actually there is an outlet store of Quartier 206 on the basement floor but I still have not bought anything. After that I just went to the food mall of Galeries Lafayette as it connects with the basement floor of Quartier 206.

It was in the afternoon and time flied. I got to rush to the next spot - Museum de Dinge.
I met him (i think is'he', but I hope it is not a'she') on the way to the museum. Actually he is so big and his head is much bigger than mine but he looked so sad...

The German word 'Ding' is actually 'Thing' in English. The museum is not really like a typical museum cuz it is situated on the third floor of the building. Luckily I got a map and the location is quite hidden as it is not close to the the subway station Kottbusser Tor.

Part 4 is coming soon.
